Congratulations to former student, Josh Cullen, who won the West Ham Academy Player of the Year award in July. Also, he was capped at Under 19 for the Republic of Ireland game earlier this week when they beat Holland 1-0 – Josh won the penalty for the winning goal!

Last Monday Josh made his first appearance for the Republic of Ireland Under 19 football team. He was selected to play in the squad for their home game against Holland that was played at the home of Shamrock Rovers in Dublin. Josh started the game and won the penalty that was scored in the 1-0 victory. Josh now returns to West Ham United to continue the hard work he is putting in.

We wish Josh a successful season ahead and look forward to hearing of more success.
