Walton on the Naze - Year 10 Geography

On Friday 19th, the Year 10 Geographers attended a field trip to Walton on the Naze in North Essex to look at coastal retreat.
Whilst there they measured how fast the cliff had retreated, looked at the geology of the area and saw all of the coastal protection measures put into place. The year 10 students all enjoyed the trip and now back in the classroom, this information will help them to understand the concepts and processes taking place along our coastlines, which they are currently studying.
