Our Year 10 and 11 squads travelled over to Lee Valley stadium on Wednesday to take part in this unique indoor athletics event.

It was the first time that our team had taken part in this event and had ran on a 200m indoor track! There was huge confusion in our middle distance team who were highly concerned that 4 laps for 800m would mean they were running further… rest assured it was still only 800m!

The squad performed very well across the events and came away fourth place overall. A special mention to Michael Hodges who won his 800m race in a time of 2 minutes and 21 seconds!
